Alnoor Islamic Center (AIC) represents the culmination of three years of dedicated efforts to establish the first Islamic center serving the Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina communities in North Carolina. The initiative began in 2017, led by the Muslim American Society Raleigh Chapter (MAS-RDU), with the vision of creating a welcoming space for worship, education, and community growth.

Over the course of three years, multiple options were thoroughly explored, including purchasing land, renting a house, or leasing a commercial facility. Each possibility was carefully considered to ensure it met the needs of the growing Muslim community in the area.

By the grace and mercy of Allah (SWT), these efforts bore fruit on April 7, 2020, when AIC secured its current facility. The center boasts nearly 7,000 square feet of space on 5 acres of land, offering a vibrant hub for worship, learning, and connection for generations to come
