As our youth enter a new phase in their lives, and reach the age of maturity, they are now accountable in front of Allah SWT for themselves and their relation with Him. They now are expected to pray, fast, perform Tahara (ritual purification), among other things. This can be daunting for a teen, especially if they don’t have the proper support and help in navigating this new phase.
The Accountables program aims to bring these important topics to top of mind, discuss them, and put a structure in place where they are starting to feel accountable for their actions.
